NOTE: in order to fill in your roster, you must pick your players from a list of existing members. So before you try to fill your roster, first follow the instructions for "Player Info" to the left. Use that to add your players to the database of members. Then you can fill your roster.
Fill in Roster for your team
- From the Admin tab, log in with your first and last name, and the password provided to you as team manager.
- From the Admin tab, choose "Rosters".
- Under "Select a Team:", choose the team you want to fill from the drop-down box.
- For "Select Participants", choose "Currently Unassigned".
- For "Type", choose "Players Only (no parents)"
- For "Registered in", choose the season.
- Click "Submit". This will list for you your current team roster on the left, and any prospective players to add in the right-hand column.
- Directions for how to complete the task are listed on that page.
- Once you click "Save Roster", you are brought to a page with each member listed on it, and a drop-down box for each to specify their role on the team. Coaches are already listed as coaches. Players need to be assigned the role of Player in their drop-down box. Please do not fill in the box labeled "New Position".
- You can also assign the player′s jersey number in the right-most box.
- Click "Submit" to complete the form.
