- From the Admin tab, log in with your first and last name, and the password provided to you as team manager.
- When you have logged in, it should automatically bring you to the "Admin" tab′s page named "Messages". One of the items on the page is "Team Bulletin". Click that.
- Set the "Publish On" and "Expires After" dates. The message will start showing up on the "Publish On" date and stop showing after the "Expires After" date.
- Fill in the Title for your bulletin.
- In the text box, you can enter in whatever message you need to convey.
- If you want this message to automatically be emailed to your team or teams, click on the check box named "Email Broadcast:". Then choose which teams to include, and whether to include the Parents and/or Team Members.
- Click "Submit" to post the bulletin and optionally send the email.
