Sun Prairie Youth Lacrosse

Cardinal LAX Shootout

Date: June 20th and 21st                                                                

Games: 6 Minimum per team (4 Sat, 2 sun).  First game Saturday and Sunday morning at 9:00am and run until 5:00pm on four fields

Teams: 7^th/8^th grades and 5th/6^th grades

Location: Windsor Sports Commons, Windsor WI. (Highway 51 and Mueller Rd Windsor, WI 53598)

Host: Sun Prairie Youth Lacrosse

Eligibility:  Only players on the roster will be allowed to play.  Please fill out the roster form, found here  and email it to the contacts below. 

Club Notes: Please write a couple of paragraphs about your club for inclusion in the Tourney program

Cost: $450 per team participating.

·        $200 deposit required upon registration (non refundable)
